Let me tell you about my favorite village in Switzerland.
No, my favorite village in Europe.
Wait, no. My favorite village in the world.
I take this phrase in the highest regard, because Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland, is the kind of place you have to see to believe. I’ve been twice, and will go every single time I am in Switzerland.
In this one, I’m going to convince you to do the same.
When we announced we would be going on a three-week camping safari in southern Africa, we had a pretty amazing response from readers who were looking to do something similar in the future.

From our experience on our tour, the participation component of the experience was minimal. Although some jobs on the rotating schedule were more tedious than others, hardly any of them detracted from the experience as a whole and sound more time consuming initially than they really are.

We’ll be the first to admit that we’d need an entire year in New York, going out seemingly every night, to even get a nice cross-section of them all. So in this visit, we really wanted to be strategic in targeting some of the very best cocktail bars in New York City.
We went to five, and we have to admit, these blew us away all for very different reasons!
There were certainly several experiences during my Sri Lanka tourism that had me uttering “wow,” but there was one place where I kept saying it over and over again: Kaudulla National Park.
