Enna is extremely historic, with much to offer to the visitor - cathedral & churches with their art & architecture, historic castle and Frederic II tower. There is a beautiful Belvedere offering views across Sicily too.

Fabulous - in the middle of Sicily in the mountains - an entirely different experience, much more authentic, not overridden with tourists and with friendly locals. You can see all the main highlights in a day, but would recommend longer just to wander, enjoy the views and have some downtime. Use the buses to get from Enna Bassa to Enna Alta.

Great scenery, restaurants, bars and historic buildings so plenty to do and just over an hour from Catania airport by bus.....worth checking the schedules though as there are two Ennas (Alta and Bassa) and we caught the wrong bus from the airport.....ooops!

Enna is one of the highest cities in Sicily.
Enna is one of the highest cities in Sicily.
There are stunning panoramic views of the surroundings from the old city.
The town has many attractions, ancient streets, the atmosphere of the old city.
Castello di Lombardy, Duomo, Chiesa di San Francesco D’Assisi, Torre di Federico II
It is best to come to Enna in spring or autumn, it is very hot in summer.
Half an hour drive, the unique ancient Roman mosaics in Villa Romana del Casale, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Wow and wow.
Wow and wow. I did not know about Enna before I stuck a pin in map. Lucky pin. I travel quite a bit, and to find such a place and such accommodation keeps me going.
Knowledgeable, friendly owners help much.
Just try.
You will not be disappointed. Trust me.

The old town is small, and city behind it is rather ugly and not interesting. Next time I would rather get to Enna for a coffee, or lunch, and small walk around, but I stayed there for 2 nights - it was too long, not worth it. Especially in begening of November - it was around 10-12 degrees in Enna, at the same time on the bottom (lake Nicoletti - 15 minutes ride) it was 19 degrees.
What an amazing place! Best value for money we had during our whole trip.
Fabrizio was so nice (helped us drive and park our car just in front of the hotel).
The room was huge, spotless clean, decorated, and very convenient.
The shower room- just wow. the best we had.
Breakfast was really nice, served in a lovely room.
Location- just 2 minutes walk from the main street, and less than 5 minutes from piazza cripsy.
We were cycling the Sicily Divide from Palermo to Catania. This was the best stop of them all , huge beautiful room , fantastic decor , amazing shower , brilliant breakfast on a lovely dining room . Fabrizio was delightful and helpful . The location is perfect . We cannot fault this at all , and if you are in Enna , don’t miss it ! If your cycling the Divide ensure this is on your route !!
The location was easy to find once we realised the hotel was in Pergusa not Enna and street parking was easy outside the entrance. The room was clean and comfortable but without the expected balcony so I don’t think we got the Genius upgrade. Breakfast was a selection of Italian cake and plastic wrapped toasts and jams with some fresh fruit.
Easily the best room of those we chose for our trip to Sicily. Excellent communication before and during the stay. Large room and bathroom. Very beautiful artwork around the flat. Great view from the balcony. I highly recommend it. Unfortunately, we didn't really like Enna but that has nothing to do with the accommodation.
Room was very big, exceptionally clean and had a terrace which was a plus. Location is great because in the city center from where you can walk everywhere. Many food options around. The plus point was the host, Livio, he went above and beyond try to make my stay (first time in Enna) comfortable and pleasant.
It was a little hard to find but once inside it was just what we needed. Comfortable bed, hot shower and walking distance to the historic centre. Letizia was an excellent host and once we had established a common language (French) we had plenty of information about historic Sicily and the local area.
A cozy little house located in a picturesque and beautiful valley outside of Enna. Very pet-friendly, safe, comfortable, welcoming, and clean. Our dogs made friends with Bimba the dog and Ciuki the donkey, we all had a wonderful time! We will most definitely come again!
The hostess here is the best in Sicily. Her welcome, showing us where to park, recommending many restaurants and attractions, all of which we went to. She uses local products and they're available for sale. The breakfast magnificent also included home made cakes
Google maps program could not get it right, not even close. Had to ask for directions several times but we found it with Maria standing in the street waving to us. Even got directions from a lady hanging out of a second-story window. I love Italy!
This was a beautifully-clean, slightly old-fashioned, town centre hotel, run by a kindly and helpful couple. Bedroom facilities were fine; and a good buffet breakfast was served. Nearby parking. Facilities of the town were easily reached on foot.
Very helpful in communicating via WhatsApp. Provided us a brief history of Enna with volunteering to answer questions on what to do. Was very accommodating in providing an earlier breakfast to meet our business needs.
Nice accomodated house with a special charme , very kind personal and great pool!
Enjoy a good breakfast, nice surrounding and perfect location in the middle of sicily, near by sweet enna and piazza armerina
A short car drive to the sites in Enna but nicely tucked away from the busy city. Quite location with a beautiful view day or night. Giuseppe was extremely helpful with anything we needed.
Easy contactless self check in with good communication and instructions. Nice apartment with plenty of amenities. Comfortable bed, stable hot water in shower. Free parking nearby.
